Every single time I go to the store and I get a volleyball they always end up hard and hurt my arms. I know there are softer volleyballs because that’s what we use at volleyball practice but I can’t seem to find any. Now I’m going to a volleyball camp and we have to bring our own volleyball, I was wondering if anybody knew any good, softer volleyballs. Any suggestions are welcome!!!! Thank you.

I love soccer and I want to become a pro like my idol Ronaldinho Gaucho.I want to know these two questions.
1. How quick do pro soccer players (midfielders and forwards) need to finish a mile run.I heard they need to at least run for and hour but I don’t know how fast mph they need to run it.
2. How long are pro soccer players (midfielders and forwards) need to run on the treadmill.

Hi, my husband loves to golf, but needs new clubs. I don’t know anything about golf, but I would like to surprise him for our anniversary with a new set. What are some good brands, and how much can I expect to spend?

I’m a high school tennis player, and I’m going to start conditioning for tennis next spring.
I’ve heard that if tennis players, because it’s a lot more sprinting than long distance running, shouldn’t train to jog for very long periods of time. Instead of helping you, it would hurt you by conditioning the body to do something you’re not asking it to do during a tennis match.
So, the question: how much/far should a tennis player jog for?

Hi. Just curious but what muscle of the body do Basketball players need the most. I know shoulders are pretty important for creating space. But i do know that shoulders are not the most important muscle to train.
So what is the most important muscle to train for basketball season?

I just finished up a golf class last week put on by ESPN in which they gave you a set of Nike Ignite clubs to get started, namely; 4-9 irons, pw, 3-hybrid and a putter. I added a cheap driver (which I’m planning on upgrading to a Nike Summo) and a Wilson 58 deg sand wedge as well. I have played the past two months with this set and feel that I may need more fairway clubs especially for the 5 pars. I’m getting mixed up between some saying I need a 3 and a 5 wood while others say I need 5, 7 and 9 wood. As well, I’m mixed up whether I should get hybrids (like the #3 that I have) to take the place of the woods. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should get to complete my set? BTW, I do like wedges and would like to add either a LW or a GW to my set. Thanks!
