Tennis tips. Can you give me some good tennis tips about the psychological aspect of the game? I’m playing in a tournament on Saturday, and he’s state ranked, so I just wanna know some tips to keep my cool, and to stay "loose" on the court.

I posted another question earlier…I bought a mini-break package for the Legg Mason Tennis Classic that includes– Mon aug 3, and Wed aug 5. I planned on selling these sessions, but no one has bought them on ebay. Is there any site that you can trade the sessions you already have for other sessions at the Legg Mason Tennis Classic this week? Please HELP, as there is only really one more day I can trade/sell these tickets!

I’ll be going on vacation soon, and I know for a fact that while on vacation I most certainly will not be having time to find a court and play some tennis. I genuinely care about keeping my tennis game intact though – from past experiences, vacation can do horrible things to my tennis game… What can I do this time during vacation, without a court or racket, to ensure that my tennis game will stay, for the most part, untouched from a weeklong off-the-courts vacation?

I know this is probably a long shot and everyone is telling me it’s impossible, but I wanted to know if there was any chance to become a pro tennis player if I only start playing at the age of 18? I have played badminton for 5 years and have several medals (the basics of tennis are kind of the same). I have loved tennis for so long but never got myself involved. Is it at all possible to become pro? How would I go about doing it? Thanks so much!

I am a definite tennis player, and its always a pain to pick up the balls after tennis practice. I’ve seen my coach and some other players use their racket and their foot to pop the tennis ball off the ground. Can anyone tell me the basics on how to do this?

Does anyone have any ideas or tips for how to train/get in shape/stay in shape for tennis during the winter? I can’t actually play tennis due to snow and lack of indoor courts, but are there any workout routines that people know of?
Thanks!
There is no YMCA or indoor courts available- I live in a rural, poor, and very snowy area.

So far the Nike Air Max Court Ballistec 1.2 shoes are the ones I’m leaning towards. I’m trying to find a decent tennis shoe that is durable/lightweight and no more than . I just started playing tennis again so I’m not really sure which shoes are good.
