Volleyball?

I am certainly interested in trying out for a local volleyball team in January. I have had a couple years previous experience, but I haven’t actually played in a long time. What are some things I can do to get in shape and prepared for volleyball to make the team? Thanks in advance for your help!

We used to run the bleachers at the football field to get our leg muscles in shape, and if you can find a partner, bumping the ball back and forth is good practice, and if not, up against a wall.
well it depends on what position you want realy when i choes the members on my team (i am a coach) i always look at the hight and power of there pike
honestly, for volleyball, practice is a very good option
