Hello, I play basketball for my high school. How many calories should I take in per day. ( In-Season and Off-Season ). Because I have basketball during the in-season and I’m working out in the off-season by running, weightlifting, speed, agility, and basketball. Thanks.
This also pertains to, consuming calories but still staying lean with low body fat count.
I just bought a Nike 1000 basketball for . I will mostly be playing outside, but occasionly will play indoor. Did i buy the right basketball? If not what ball would you recommend?

THIS IS URGENT, I might come across as irresponsible and such but I have a concise report due tomarrow on basketball and I really don’t know much neither can I find much. SO can someone please tell me how basketball from today differs from basketball from then of the past. And if you can, please mention a player, coach, ref., etc might have made an impact on basketball, and if you do please mention what she/he did.

I used to really hate basketball and never played it, but now all of a sudden I like to play it alot, but I can only make layups.
I have been practicing so hard but no matter what I do I can only make like 1 in 7 shots, for 2 pointers and 1 in 10 for 3 pointers.
I amm not seeing any improvement from all this practicing any tips?
